This listing is for a personalised mug. I’m happy to create a mug with your chosen message or to recreate one of my designs you may have seen before. However, please note that due to the time-consuming nature of creating an entire batch for firing, custom orders can take up to eight weeks to complete.
Please ensure that you select the correct options—handle on the left if needed, text size, and the message required on the mug. Make sure to use the exact spelling, casing, and punctuation.
We accept
The mugs will be made in a pale or neutral clay with black lowercase lettering on the inside base. The colour of the glaze will vary depending on my current colour stock, unfortunately glaze colours cannot be requested but they will always be earthy and beautiful.
Items can occasionally be damaged during firing, though uncommon, it is always a risk. Should your item be damaged during firing you will be given the option of waiting for a replacement to be made, choosing an alternative item from current stock or receiving a refund.
All of my stoneware pieces are carefully constructed by hand using the ‘pinch’ method. They are full of character including finger marks, wobbly edges, glaze splats and drips which add to their charm and rustic feel. Perfectly imperfect.

Microwave and dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the mug.

If your item arrives damaged please photograph it and email me straight away. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
