Every Tuesday I sell my bestselling original 'cunt mug' here on my online shop. These are pre-made mugs and will appear randomly throughout the day so if you don't see one, keep checking back.

Waitlist Wednesdays - Custom mugs
Every Wednesday I open up spaces for the custom mug waitlist. I am happy to create a mug with your own chosen message or to recreate one of my designs especially for you but please note, custom mugs are made from scratch and take up to 8 weeks to make.
The mug will be made in a pale or neutral clay with black lettering. The colour of the glaze will vary depending on my current colour stock. Glaze colours cannot be requested.
Pre-made Items
I slowly hand make a batch of my ceramics. When they’re ready I send out a newsletter with a preview of which products will be appearing here on my website shop and on which dates.
Items are uploaded at random times. If they’re available you can go ahead and purchase, if not keep checking back.

From time to time I run 90 minute workshops for anyone who’s curious about pottery and keen to give it a try.
You’ll get enough clay to create your own mug plus the chance to add decorations or your own message.

About Me
Hi, I'm Alice, creator of Blue Air Ceramics.
I make perfectly imperfect, handcrafted, sweary ceramics to make the air turn blue.
Why so sweary? I met my dear friend Natalie in 2003 when we both moved to Dubai. We both swore like troopers and our favourite word was ‘cunt’.
In 2011 she was diagnosed with mouth cancer and we used some colourful language to describe her cancer and treatment.
She died in 2015. She was an incredibly thoughtful gift giver and I always wished I could have given her a mug that said ‘cunt’ on it. Not something crass or gimicky but instead something beautiful and made with love.
So I enrolled on a ceramics course and Blue Air Ceramics was born, these are the gifts I never got to give her. Natalie would have loved it.
My work is created with love, fun and positivity.
