Demand is too high to have an open waitlist for personalised mugs.

The waitlist will open every 2-3 months to allow 100 orders to be placed.

The Details
I am happy to create a mug with your own chosen message or to recreate one of my designs especially for you but please note, personalised mugs are made from scratch and take up to 8 weeks to make.
The mug will be made in a pale or neutral clay with black lettering. The colour of the glaze will vary depending on my current colour stock. Glaze colours cannot be requested.
Items can occasionally be damaged during firing, though uncommon, it is always a risk. Should your item be damaged during firing you will be given the option of waiting for a replacement to be made, choosing an alternative item from current stock or receiving a refund.
